Debora Concepcion
As an Associate with the firm, Debora A. Concepcion focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate matters. Debora typically represents buyers, investors, sellers, developers, and lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Scafidi Juliano LLP, Debora was a Partner at Parker Scheer LLP working in their Real Estate Conveyancing Department. Debora spent twenty-three years at Parker Scheer where she focused much of her time on the area of real estate law. It was during her time there that she honed the skills and knowledge that allow her to be an exceptional advocate for her clients. She prides herself on her ability to listen to her client’s needs during the home buying/home selling process and provide a clear response to the concerns presented. Her main goal is to alleviate the stress that often comes with buying and/or selling a home.
What is a charity that you feel passionate about?
I am passionate about Toys for Tots because it strives to provide joy to children during a difficult time in their life. You can make a child smile with just a small gesture of kindness.
What’s the best place you have traveled to?
My favorite place to travel to is Aruba. Great weather and great food. Perfect place to relax and unwind.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The best piece of advice I have ever received is to always listen closely and carefully when someone is speaking to you. You will gain a wealth of information and insight if you take the time to hear that person’s concerns. I find that this has served me well over the years in my work and personal matters.
