Ryan P.B. Kelly is a partner in the firm and together with a highly trained staff of professionals, he represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, and lenders in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law in and around Boston as well as on Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard. In addition to his active real estate practice, Attorney Kelly also concentrates in corporate matters including corporate formation, governance, business finance, strategic planning, contract drafting and negotiation, management and ownership succession, and a wide variety of peripheral legal issues that arise in the course of operating a Massachusetts-based business and planning for its future.
Attorney Kelly has repeatedly been selected by Boston Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine as a “New England Rising Star” in the area of Real Estate Law – a distinction bestowed on only 2.5% of the attorneys practicing in the six New England states.
Attorney Kelly makes his home in Needham, Massachusetts with his wife and two children and is active in all aspects of youth sports at the local and club levels. In his free time, if not coaching one of his children’s teams, you will likely find Attorney Kelly on the golf course.
